Jenna Kaufmann is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Aromatherapist, Yoga Teacher, and Yomassage Practitioner with a deep passion for holistic healing, wellness, and the power of nature. As a mother of three and a lifelong explorer of the outdoors, Jenna brings a grounded, nurturing presence to her work — helping others reconnect with themselves through therapeutic touch, movement, and breath.
Raised in the breathtaking mountains of British Columbia, Jenna spent her early years immersed in nature — climbing, hiking, biking, skiing, and snowboarding were not just hobbies, but a way of life. These formative experiences in the wilderness instilled in her a profound respect for the body’s ability to move, adapt, and thrive — as well as a deep appreciation for the healing power of stillness and presence.
In 2012, Jenna’s life took an unexpected turn following a serious car accident. The physical and emotional recovery process became a catalyst for profound transformation. Seeking alternatives to conventional treatment, Jenna turned to yoga, massage therapy, and aromatherapy. Through these practices, she began to heal — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. This journey opened her eyes to the incredible potential of holistic modalities and ultimately inspired her to shift paths and dedicate her life to helping others find relief, resilience, and restoration.
Today, Jenna integrates her knowledge and experience to offer a comprehensive, heart-centered approach to wellness. She specializes in combining therapeutic massage, restorative yoga, and aromatherapy to create customized sessions that support deep relaxation, pain relief, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Her training in Yomassage — a unique blend of supported yoga poses and hands-on massage — allows her to provide a deeply calming experience that nurtures the nervous system and supports long-term healing.
Jenna believes that massage, yoga, and essential oils are more than just treatments — they’re powerful tools for self-care, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
